Work Delivered! The AGPR5 delivered in the last month of July the applicator of seals model ASL-100 to the client Lebon Laboratory in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul.

The equipment aims at the application of seals automatically to the bottles of its product line. The machine holds up to 100 sealing applications per minute, depending on the size and type of bottle. The equipment counts on all electronics on board, adding of its control panel, operations automation and applied mechanics AGPR5.

The seals applied to the bottles guarantee safety against infringement of the product supplied by the factory until the arrival to the final consumer.

In addition to supplying the equipment, the conveyors were adapted to be transported. In order to favor the process layout of the unit, two curves were installed that interconnect the product packaging process to the sealing process.
